Heavenlock (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use heavenlock.com and related services.

What we collect: account information (email, display name), subscription status, recovery preferences, block event summaries, and usage data needed to operate the service.

What we do not do: On Apple devices, we do not scrape private messages or store raw screen pixels. Native apps use on-device detection where supported.

Clinical data: Therapy and intake information is stored separately from general app analytics, consistent with HIPAA-adjacent requirements.
